Who In-Person Training Is For

In-person sessions are ideal for women who want to feel more confident in the gym and finally understand how to train properly.

Whether you’re new to strength training, returning after time away, or simply want guidance refining your technique, these sessions give you the support and structure that can be hard to build on your own.

Many women come to me because they’re tired of guessing what exercises to do, unsure if they’re lifting correctly, or feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice online.

​

My goal during these sessions is not just to guide you through a workout, but to help you build the knowledge and confidence to train independently over time.

How Sessions Work

Every session is tailored to you and your goals.

Before your first session, I review your training history, goals and any injuries so we can create a session that suits your current level and experience.

​

During your session we focus on:

• Proper lifting technique and execution
• Structured strength training
• Progressive overload and training progression
• Building confidence under load

 

Sessions are designed to help you understand what you're doing and why, so you leave each workout feeling more capable and prepared for your next session.
